Service Description

Registration of normal and legal persons who are licensed to practice commercial, industrial, agricultural and vocational activities in the emirate and granting them affiliation certificates to benefit from the different services of the Chamber.

Required Documents

  • A copy of the license issued by the free zones

  • Articles of Association in the event of limited liability companies and joint-stock companies

  • A copy of the passport, a copy of the family register and a copy of the national identity card for UAE nationals

  • Passport for citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council countries and

  • for non UAE nationals. A copy of the national identity card.

  • A copy of the lease contract

  • A copy of the partnership contract, documented and attested

  • No-objection certificate from current sponsor of non-UAE nationals, attested duly
