New Membership

Registration of normal and legal persons who are licensed to practice commercial, industrial, agricultural and vocational activities in the emirate and granting them affiliation certificates to benefit from the different services of the Chamber.

Reconciliation

Reconciling the chamber’s members from enterprises and companies with each other, or reconciling them with others. In case of a reconciliation happening, a reconciliation document approved by both parties will be prepared to declare settling the dispute.

Certificate of Origin

Confirm the authenticity and accuracy of a Certificate of Origin to ensure it meets customs and trade requirements.

Membership Renewal

Registration of notmal and legal persons who are licensed to practice commercial, industrial, agricultural and vocational activities in the emirate and granting them affiliation certificates to benefit from the different services of the Chamber.

Certificates Of Origin

Issuing an official document from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry that enables members to work with export and re-export services.

Legal Consultations

Providing a legal advice when requested by the chamber’s members from establishments and company based on the explanation provided by the members aiming to clarify the situation. Such requests will be forwarded to the concerned parties whenever needed.

Attestation is confirmation of the authenticity of concerned persons’ signatures on their presented documents, correspondences and contracts to be accepted by other entities.

Commercial Mediation

Practicing mediation between the chamber’s members from enterprises and companies, or between these members and other companies and enterprises outside the emirate with the aim of settling their disputes amicably.
