As part of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry's keenness to spread the culture of innovation and stimulate positive thinking, knowledge department in the chamber organized an interactive workshop entitled "We create our future", during which an atmosphere of fun and competition was created using intelligent games and management skills, with the participation of a number of employees, in the presence of Mohamed Ahmed Amin, Director General of the Chamber. The lecturer presented the most important methods that enhance the concept of innovation in a creative way and methodological mechanisms to learn about the art of team management, motivation of creativity and achieving goals in accordance with the general strategy, which is one of the most important criteria for team leadership. The workshop witnessed training on several different models which enriches self-reflection and encourages the importance of collective participation within the same team.
