Sharjah Training and Development Center at Sharjah Chamber organized Thursday a training program themed “Building Team Work Skills and Enhancing Taking Initiatives and Social Enablement.”

A number of male and female staff from different departments at the Chamber took part in the session presented by Dr. Fouad Qassim Al Shuaibi, professor of law and knowledge management expert at the general directorate of Dubai police, which comprised the different training aspects and team work building that serves the key objectives of a corporate’s strategy and a model environment for launching initiatives on par with the overall performance with clear parameters of assessment to double efforts made to enable staff to be creative in their specializations or beyond the scope of their duties. 

At the conclusion of the session Mariam Saif Al Shamsi, Director General Assistant for the Support Services Sector, gave participants certificates as well as a certificate of appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Al Shuaibi for his efforts that made the program a success, which is part of the Center’s work plan to spread and enhance knowledge and provide programs that serve the Chamber’s staff and increase their knowledge and skills.

Sharjah Training and Development Center is concerned with qualifying staff in accordance with an annual training plan that is linked to partnerships of strategic collaboration with various local and federal government entities as well as academia to serve a broad segment of representatives of the private and public sectors.
