Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has called on Emirati and Arab businessmen and investors to take the promising opportunities to invest in livestock in the Islamic Republic of Mauritania.
Sharjah Chamber urged the local business community to attend the “Investment Forum for Livestock” that is being organized by the Arab Authority for Agricultural Investment and Development (AAAID) in the Mauritanian capital Nouakchott on November 13, in collaboration with the Ministery of Veterinary of Mauritania and the Federation of GCC Chambers.
HE Abdullah Al Oweis, Sharjah Chamber’s Chairman of the Board, expressed the Chamber’s keenness to enhance joint efforts made to invest in the promising livestock sector and other sectors in Mauritania, and utilize the organization of effective forums and conferences, fairs and specialized markets, as well as collaborative partnerships with Arab federations of chambers.
Al Oweis said Sharjah Chamber’s participation in this forum comes as part of the strong brotherly ties between the UAE and Mauritania and in line with the wise leadership’s policies to achieve Arab integration on all levels and to explor investment opportunities in the vital livestock sector that underpins Arab food security.
