Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has explored with a high level delegation from the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry (AACCI) New South Wales, Australia, enhancing bilateral relations and providing a good environment for achieving cooperation between members of both chambers from the private sector in investment.
The two sides agreed to find and support joint events to exchange ideas, expertise and initiatives that aim to take opportunities in investment in Sharjah emirate and the state of New South Wales in Australia, to develop and support economic ties and increase trade exchange.
This came during a reception held by HE Abdullah Sultan Al Oweis, Chairman, for HE Mohammad Haj, Chairman of the Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce & Industry and his delegation, with the attendance of board members HE Rashid Dimas and HE Dr. Sultan Al Mulla, and HE Khaled bin Butti Al Hajeri, Director General.
HE Abdullah Al-Oweis welcomed the visiting delegation, stressing the depth and strength of bilateral relations and the importance of continuing meetings and visits to continue building the best relations between the business communities and expressed the Chamber's readiness to provide all facilities and support to Australian businessmen as part of diversification and economic development efforts, provide the best opportunities for establishing business and industrial centers, establishing joint ventures and enhancing the presence and spread of investors in the region's markets.
