Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry has concluded its tour of the GCC countries with a forum in Saudi Arabia to promote the Best 10 Gulf Establishments Award, one of the categories of the Sharjah Economic Excellence Award, that included 4 of the GCC countries and was well received by officials and representatives of the private sector, as it seeks to inaugurate a comprehensive framework to increase competition and corporate performance, to achieve integrated quality management, encourage innovation, and achieve leadership and superior competitiveness.
Sharjah Chamber had recently invited, through the forum it organized that was hosted by the Council of Saudi Chambers of Commerce and Industry, large corporations in the Saudi private sector to take part in this edition of the Award for 2017 as part of the Best 10 Establishments Award that it launched early last year.
A number of officials took part in the forum including executive officers of companies that represent different economic sectors in Saudi Arabia in the category of large corporations, and it was attended by Mohammad Al Ghazawi, Director of International Cooperation Department at the Council of Saudi Chambers as well as a number of council members, and Sharjah Chamber was represented by Mohammad Ahmed Amin, Assistant Director General of the Business and Communication Sector, Nada Al Hajeri, General Coordinator of Sharjah Award, a large number of Saudi companies and representatives of Saudi and Gulf media.
